  • Classes that are canceled at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Materials purchased that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Online classes that have already taken place.
  • Membership fees for ongoing courses.
  • Merchandise that has been opened or used.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Follow any instructions we provide to complete your return.

5. Processing Refunds
